I have to chime in here also. We used Luxurious Caribe Tours last week. EXCELLENT communication before we left, I don't think I ever waited more than 5 minutes and had a response to all of my questions. Great rates, free phone to use and both of our drivers were friendly, fun and safe. Max picked us up at the airport and I had mentioned before I left that I didn't like beer, and boy did they come though for me They even checked up on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. I've used many different companies over the years, but will look no more. I wish them the best of luck with their new company - and to copy Slightly Stoopid above - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!.
