I'm wondering if anyone has info on a car accident involving a Jamaican taxi driver and a tourist. It may have happened in Feb 2014 - on the beach raid at night. Taxi driver fled the scene.

Well the driver was supposedly caught the next day.

Just looked at the Jamaica Gleaner newspaper and there are like 6 or 7 accidents in Feb 2014
