    I just wish I could get Pimento Wood Pellets for my smoker and I would be set!!

    You can order pimento wood online, just soak the pieces in water overnight.

    And from what I have seen it is pricey. Anyone know the story on bringing some back from Jamaica? Thought I saw an article on bringing carvings back where the wood had to be finished on all sides.

    Yeah, it's pretty expensive. Not sure about bringing any back.

    We've brought pimento wood back to the States many times. I double-bag it, so it doesn't mess up our clothes in the suitcase. Never had any problem with customs and/or security in Montego Bay or Chicago/Milwaukee.
