Anyone know or can see from the construction if the new standard rooms will have covered balconies/patios? Not that I like rain too much, but nothing like sitting on balcony with a nice beverage watching the rain cool everything off after a hot day.

Coco la palm has 3 web cams and one has a current view of the construction.
From the Webcam - looks like the 3rd floor rooms will have a big balcony, covered or not remains to be seen...

Where is the new construction taking place at CoCo ? We are planing a trip there in April and may try out the new rooms depending on location.
The construction is where the old standard rooms were, right next to Idle Awhile.
I received email from Coco confirming that only the third floor will have balconies and they are not covered. Don't really understand why you would build without balconies or patios as have to say it is a deal breaker for us, lots of fun times having cocktails after a hot day on the beach or watching rainstorms.
