Trip report getting my groove on..spanksgiving week 2014

thanks Kathy...hope all is doing ok with you guys...you have a trip coming up, right?

Ya mon, heading out Saturday for 2 weeks.

the next day is 11/27/14...it is the American Thanksgiving....We are eating at Connies Country western Pub..she has a feast planned for us...roasted chicken, beef, curry goat, jerk porl, mash potatoes, dressing, red velvet cake....and brownies...lol...we have a huge gathering of our friends meet us there....

My boy Flipadelphia left connies to go watch some game involving the cowboys and the eagles....he heads to natural mystic bar...I hang with everyone for a little longer and I walk down to watch it with him..i had never been to this bar, so i was interested in hanging htere....

Natural Mystic Bar is a small but pretty cool place...it is owned by Susan, and the beer is cold...a couple other guys watching the game with Flip when i get there...



this is susans daughter, i think..her name is deidre, i think...lol



the rest of our gang make it down to us...we set up a table outside by the water for what is left of the sunset....

we head to the canoe bar for one more stop...it was a very short walk....the webcast was going when we got there, with a couple people there...but they were breaking it down when we got there...we party at canoe for awhile and the party got a little wilder, as BillnDonna walk in...what...what...lol...

several of us move the party to bourbon beach....we dance in the sand and just make fools of ourselves....it was so much fun....some great friends that we shared our week with...

bill and my friend Patrick...i met patrick on our 1st trip in 2009....he is a big boy and was my bodyguard on many trips to bourbon beach...

after we close down bourbon, Janet was hungry, she didnt eat thaksgiving dinner with the rest of us...roy said he could eat..so janet roy and sheri walk to step a side for chicken..i go to the room...i havent really been feeling good for the last several hours...really since natural mystic, although i didnt let on...tried my best to keep the party started....so i go to bed...

The party never stopped that week,a great time with good people who just love to have fun!!

I finally got caught up in real life to be able to read all this good stuff. Haha!

Looks like we went to a lot of the same places as you guys that night. Unfortunately, about an hour or so after y'all left.

It sucks that you weren't feeling that great.
