Conch is available during that time. But I believe there is also an off season for conch. Not sure of the dates.

The fishing of queen conch is strictly prohibited by law from September 1, 2014 to March 31st, 2015. The conch season seems to vary from year to year. Last year it ended Feb 28th.

Cole...that is essentially correct. The first couple of weeks into April you'll be able to get lobster at many restaurants, as they are allowed to sell their remaining stock. The restaurants are required to report what they have left.Originally Posted by Cole
