Tried a new grill I hadn't seen on the beach in the past. Its at the old SeaWind, which is closed. The grill meister tells me that the new owners will re-open in the next high season as Gardenia on the Beach II... but for now he's keeping the bar and jerk barrel going.
I will say he makes a great lobster and his jerk chicken does not suck! If you'r not familiar with the area, hes about halfway between Barry's and Negril Palms....

Cap... he assured me it was frozen reserve, not fresh.... and that his supply was probably not going to last thru the week. Perhaps I was being naive?
Frozen reserve could be sold through April 21st. No worries Chris B. But it is now illegal until July 1st.
