I had the great pleasure of knowing the Pringle family for a lot of years.

Some of my fondest memories were back in 2003 when I stayed with him at his house while working with him on the Bob Marley Birthday Bash.

Kubba was a savvy negotiator and a true visionary. Some passings rip a hole in the fabric of life that will never be replaced.

The man behind this past weekend's 10th Annual Bob Marley Birthday Bashment is the man with the mic - Kubba from MXIII! For the main show on Sunday the 4th of February 2001, Kubba had LMS as the opening act, the lyrical sounds of the Morgan's Heritage and then introduced the headliner of the evening, Buju Banton, who Kubba is shown bringing to the stage!
