I had home cooked pancakes, mmm, mmm good!!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that when I took the trip to the grocery store,
    I thought about breakfast.
I was walking up and down the aisles and lo and behold I saw
    Aunt Jemimah's Pancake Mix!
"Great Caesar's Ghost" I almost yelled.
And they had the syrup too!!

Boy oh Boy, all I need is....and there is was........, bacon,
    different kinds and brands,
I grab one that looked thick and tasty!

The youngest woman,( mother of my 2 year old little angel) at the family yard is
in charge of breakfast. Her mom does dinner.

"Excuse me, I said here is some pancake mix I found at the store",
    Do you know how....
"Yeah mon, we eat that too" she said with a laugh!

(this was before I started making my own coffee)

Next morning, she knocked and came in my room with coffee.
Just the way I like it.

She said "The kids are eating B-fast now, and as soon as they finish and head off to school
    I'll fix yours"
    Cool!!

I get to open the door to the the car port,
sip my coffee in the early morning light.
I brought one of those umbrella chairs, so I open it up and have a seat.

So, soon when I'm half way through with my coffee, there they go,
    in their bright colored uniforms.

The little 2 year old is always looking through the gate on the veranda with that
"I wish I could go" look on her face.
What a little doll she is!

In a minute, "knock, knock" and in comes mom with 3 huge pancakes and a mess of bacon.
My eyes must have opened very wide, because she said
    "what's wrong?
"That just looks like too much food!!" I replied.
"We had fresh eggs, so I thought you would like some too."
A little salt and pepper, VOILA!!

Oh, well, One must rise to the occasion!, Nes Pas??

Man, that B-fast was as good as I ever had in Jamaica!
Syrup all over the bacon and pancakes, scrambled eggs on the side and a refill of coffee.
This guy will become fat if I don't watch out.

Good thing I have the new sidewalk for exercise along the beach road.
