They've had pinatas at Fontana Pharmacy (closest locations are Montego Bay and Savanna La Mar). I'm not sure if they still have any available...but you can email and ask from their website http://www.fontanapharmacy.com/.
You could also try contacting Mega Mart as they get unusual items once in awhile or even easier...a party supply company called It's a Party seems to have them for delivery http://itsapartyja.com/categories/Party-Supplies/.
