We mostly go to Cafe Goa because omelette is good for my wife, ackee is great for me, great coffee, and Bloody Mary's are dynamite.

With that said, might also try that Blue Mountain coffee shack.

I like the Blue Mountain Coffee Shop. Latoya and Helen cook up a storm in this little shop, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Near Shamrocks on Norman Manley...

Thank you for including the location. I wish more people did this. Saying something is on the beach or the cliffs is not helpful when both are 7 miles or so long.
