Sips n Bites, Pablo's, Pee Wee's. I'm a certified cliff dweller, so I can't help with advice on beach locations, other than Cafe Goa.

+1 for PeWee's . . great french toast, bacon, home fries, eggs any way you like 'em . . . or jamaican style ackee, saltfish calaloo, johnny cakes etc.

Also Teddy's Hideaway, right next door at Blue Cave Castle . . breakfast just so.

In both cases, it's probably best to arrange/call ahead but totally worth it . . not to mention the views you can enjoy while having breakfast.

    Xtabi ain't bad either.

If Café Goa is still around, try it.
One of the Best breakfast I ever had in Negril. (not counting home cooking)
You could hear the cook singing while he prepared the omelets, crisp bacon and the toast was delicious.
    A real hearty bread.
Butter and Jam on the side.
Of course, the Blue Mountain coffee while you wait was right on time.
It was Roy or the other chef, both knew how to throw down.

Collete's , a local place, has a wonderful Omelet and toast.
Not sure if they had bacon.???
But try the peanut porridge while you are there.
    Mmmm,mmm good!

A small bowl is enough and filling.
Very cheap prices. It is a local eating place.
Tourist are more than welcome, I go there 2-3 times a week.

    Enjoy!

I second Charela Inn wouldn't say it's cheap I usually get the big breakfast, which comes w. eggs, bacon, juice, coffee, a fruit plate, and a basket of fresh baked croisants or home made bread, that was 15$. Canoe has real good coffee they serve it in a french press, and their omletts are good.
