Anywhere in Negril to get a good exchange rate?

I'm coming down at the end of November and usually bring just US $$. I know the airport rips you off and there might be some places in montego bay to get a decent rate but I catch a transfer straight to Negril. Any ideas in Negril?

I've always used the FXTrader next to the HiLo.

The absolute best rates are at the banks, but they tend to be a hassle waiting in line. FxTrader next to HiLo has the next best rates. Since FX is near the NCB bank, I would check the line at the bank and use FX if the line is long.

Gold Nugget Cambio next to Scotia Bank and Banmark on the far West End at Summerset Rd have the next best rates.

But if you are exchanging less than a couple hundred dollars, most places give a fair rate.

For US$20, the difference between a 120 rate to 125 is less than a dollar.

I'm a regular at FX Trader, you have more privacy there as opposed to the other cambios in town as you have door behind you so no one can see over your shoulder how much you are exchanging. I did have an issue with this one year at the Cambio out next to ValueMaster.
