Yes open to public. $40US per wk $100US mth - aerobics classes $5-10US I think. Will be joining when I arrive. I believe you get a key or access and can go any time. I can let you know more when I get there.

Yes I have been there free wifi so you can listen to your web radio - I like tune in. Very clean best to get there before 5 PM
