What is Cass cass?

I was loking at the Gleaner online today and I saw the term "Cass Cass" come up twice.
Can anyone on here tell me what that means (please)?

In my Jamaican word book, it says it means "controversy; mix up."

The book is actually called The Official Dictionary of Popular Jamaican Words and Phrases, or something like that.
