'tis hot-hot (in the sun) here.
shade cool, with nice likkle breeze

SHOULD-be cooler,
but last-night, my Jamaican-mentor told me that
*apparently* that global warming thing-y
has knocked the Christmas-breeze, and other
high-season normalities out-of-wack

in the future,
Jamaica may have to change high-season starting-time/date
from December-ish to 'bout mid-January

for example,
it's 'spose to be, right now, a LOT dryer & less-showers than we've been getting.

'member dem mosquitos, from last night...???..

they ain't 'spose to be out & about like that

There're no baby carriages
at least in the places I frequent.

likkle-likkle pickneys be-walking
just like the big-people
from what looks like age 1-1/2

walking walking
hand in hand with mom, dad, auntie, grannie, sista, brudda, etc etc

in fact,
those Ja-toddlers are more nimble & sure-of-foot than I.

to-Negril
to get a slight hair-cut

and

my beard trimmed (a likkle)

time allowing
i'll do a likkle looking around

things are looking pretty-GOOD down-here for many/most folks

on my recent drives
to & from Lucea
to Negril, and other places
all-all the way i saw tremendous development,
LOTS of HUGH homes,
where previously there'd been a small board-house
or a wall-house in process.

but, bottom-line:::>>> THEY doing QUITE-WELL in Jamaica, now-days

for me personally, I'm having a HARD-time handing-over those nice-Manley-Ja$1,000 bills

for some reason,
my cheap, *mean* pea-brain can't manage the *idea* of a THOUSAND-$$$ for this and another THOUSAND-$$$ for whatever

* sigh *

i so-miss those everything-cost-Ja$100 days
