Slow Board - Is something going on???

I don't think it's me because every other site comes up quickly. Last few days I am having trouble here. Sometimes I get a "500 Error". Other times it just spins and spins and spins.

I think there is something going on with the host server. Could be a local connection where this board is hosted is having some issues.
