Don't know about hi low but mega mart in mo bay has just about anything you would want. We stop there on our way to Negril from the airport and do our initial grocery shopping.
Mega Mart would be great, but hubby and daughter would never go for that. They want on the beach asap. I usually stock up the next day by myself.
No to your question, I was there today looking for Cheerios, nada nope just sugar cereals. I take a photo and advise about Grape NutsQuote:

When the kids were little, it was Kraft Dinner! Always travelled with a few boxes! I hear it's a Canadian thing, KD! :)
