Anyone know anything aboug Villa La Cage? They're charging just 25 per night wow

The place is on a hill and VERY cheap, but no surprise there are mixed reviews. Anyone have any first-hand experience with this place? It's the lowest price I've ever seen, especially with your own bathroom, etc.

Did you go here? looks ok and people seem to like it.

Trip Advisor reviews are not that good. Maybe a couple of nights while you are looking for another spot?

A few years back I stayed several times at the Villa la Cage and if found it to be a good place at a good price. It is not what it once was as far as being an elegant place to stay but the staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. Nice little bar. I got one of the rooms right off the pool but I don't suppose it is one of the $25 a night rooms that is being offered.
