Today is the 10 year Anniversary!

Of my love affair with Jamaica!

I've been a WestEndGirl since 'birth'!!!
My first trip was Feb 21-28, 2004 with a large group seaside at the old Villa Sur Mer.

We visited our next door neighbors at LTU the first night. 10 years later it's still one of my happy places & still part of my first day ritual!

It was so amazing to leave the gray, cold winter behind to find paradise a few hours away. I'll never forget my first glimpse of the island from my window seat of the plane.

Little did I know what a life changing event that trip would be for me. (More about that another time! ;)

After many trips, I still feel that odd mix of peace & excitement as the water changes & the coast & mountains come into view........
