Can anyone tell me if the beach has returned to this area? Last time we were there there was water all the way up to the gate at Lazy Days. Also - I'm trying to remember Gate House Villa and if they have much of a beach. Thinking about booking for my family in January of next year. Trip advisor has good and bad reports. any advice??
Beach could have moved again by January of next year :)
I think there is a little more beach in front of Gatehouse... but I seem to remember guests using the beach at Waves right next door.
Yes there is some sand there but that can VERY easily change by next Jan. In Dec I saw one woman using a beach chair in front of the gate but it was only wide enough for her chair pretty much. Lots of traffic in her face. I believe the owner ruined that beach front by extending his property so far towards the water. I stay next door at Nirvana where there is plenty of beach
