Tourists to Jamaica by the numbers!
It may seem to some that it is raining Canadians, (I hope that is a good thing:o), but stats from the Jamaica Tourist Board (as of 2012) indicate you are by far most likely to bump in to an American tourist on the beach, then a Canadian, then a Citizen of the UK, then a Deutschlander.
Lots of stats in the attached link, (if you like that sort of thing!).

Re: Tourists to Jamaica by the numbers!
Well, that kind of makes sense since Canada has just over 35 million people & the US has over 300 million people....:)
Re: Tourists to Jamaica by the numbers!
Assuming those figures are correct that would mean 1 in 81 Canadians visited Jamaica last year but only 1 in 301 Americans.

back in the day, it would vary month to month with many counties represented...it was fun to go in different Months to learn new "pigeon language" each time...some were fun and nice, some not poo!
but no mater what..... the Jamaicans ALWAYS smiled !!.......God Bless 'em
Welcome SPRING!

The easy time travel for the most of US is part of it also. I get to MoBay in less then 3hrs and Bang,I am there.
I know pals from the UK/Wales who have to fly more than an Astronaut to get to Negril. They are jealous.
