thought that I would pass this one along.....

some folks were passing their last day in Negril taking photos and visiting a local music venue, just a few local people around. when they went to grab their camera it was gone, as was one of the local people. A young man, seeing their distress, thought to take their info just in case. He then made it his business to track down the camera, which he did in short order! He then contacted to owners stateside and arranged to fedex it to them.

I for one commend this young man for not only doing the right thing, but showing us all how it is done!

Someone raised that young man right! He will be repaid many times in his life for his good deeds - that's how the world works.

How do you know this actually happened? I've come to distrust stories that come third person with no verifiable facts... No names, no dates, no location, nothing... After all the recent threads about theft I guess it's time for a feel good story... But am I the only one who notices those stories are loaded with details, and this one has none? There are many steps to this story. . camera stolen... Tracked down and shipped. back... Most likely on a different day... At whose cost? How do you have the whole story if it wasn't you you had the camera stolen? How much was the "reward"? For all we know the scam is one guy steals camera, the other plays good Samaritan and returns it for a " reward"...
