We used them 2 years ago. It was great everything went smoothly even the round trip airport transfer was easy. They even offer a half down deal when you book.
We use CheapCaribbean when booking Punta Cana. Great customer service and prices. Very pleased.

Used them our first trip. MAKE SURE YOU PRINT AND BRING ALL OF YOUR VOUCHERS.
Used them to book my daughters Honeymoon in Cancun. All went smooth.... Transfers, Hotel and flights. Yes I was worried as it was her first trip out of the country without me.... I was watching over her from home. All went great and would use them again.
As Flip says make sure you have all your vouchers.
