looking for monthly rental this summer

I've checked out some of the threads on monthly rentals here and would like to see if anyone can help me find a place in the 300.00 to 1000.00 dollar a month rate. Anywhere in Negril is fine. Closer to the water would be nice, but if it is up the hills a bit with a nice view and not too far from the water is cool. I've stayed at Greenleaf,Treehouse,Pure Garden,Firefly and been to Negril about 20 times in the last 6 years, so I'm pretty familiar with the island, but never have stayed off the beach road.Would like a kitchen,maybe wifi but not a deal breaker , same with a/c,porch would be nice. As you probably know from past visits there are numerous places along Norman Manley on the garden side that rent out within the range you mentioned. I would try Hidden Paradise, Owner.Mgr. Enrick McDonald does rent out rooms in the off season and there is Shamrock store right next to Hidden for getting supplies. i spoke to the owner of shamrock, john, just a few days ago . . . there is a whole lot of rooms/cottages in the back for rent. check them out and they are very, very nicely laid out with full facilities. he is open to monthly rental with $$$ closer to the bottom of your budget. check him out. 1-876-394-5089. or jondel2003@yahoo.com . . .
