1) Republic Rum 5 Yr. Old (St. Maarten)
2) Gosling's Black Seal Rum (Black Rum, Bermuda)
3) Appleton Xtra 12 Yr. Old
The snacks are:
1) Lobster and Shrimp Salad. Served with Cassava and Parmesan Rolls as well as Zucchini Salad with a Balsamic/Maple Reduction and Dried Cranberries and Pine Nuts. $8.00
2) Nachos and Cheese. Served with Homemade Salsa. $5.00
3) Jerk Pork. Served with Hardo Bread and Homemade Pepper Sauce. $5.00
