Liquid Yoga @ Negril Treehouse (video)

With Summer in full swing many travelers are heading straight for the beach in the early mornings,so we thought what better way to start you day than with a Liquid Yoga Therapy. We came up with this name after so many guest reported how relaxed and at ease they were after taking our Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Class (SUP YOGA). Although the class is performed on the SUP board,the students never really stand up,they practice a gentle flow of stretching and meditating while connecting with natures element of the water! Join us,you'll love yourself for it! Classes are held Tuesday through Saturday @9am. Early bird and Land classes available too!! Class time is 60 minutes including meditation,and the cost is $20USD and held at Negril Treehouse Resort on Norman Manley Blvd. (beach road,near Margarittaville),we provide the boards and the mats,just bring your willingness to try something new!!! http://youtu.be/UJQ5sZrKDAs

Whatever little that I can give back is "beans" compared to what blessings I receive from being in the presence of such heart full people at your place and in Negril in general. Nothing feels better than knowing you helped a kid spend the summer at camp.
