Where is the red dirt section?

First I thought they meant red ground but then they used red ground as to where he was from?

Up in Red Ground yesterday...we all figured they must've meant the Whitehall area.

Thought Whitehall is the housing scheme by the fire station?

Spanky...in other words...your guess is as good as someone that actually lives in the Red Ground area etc...as to where Red Dirt is located.
