Found a new way to get to airport

After many very early flights, 6:00 am flight and getting to airport at 4:00 am. Having to get my brother to take us to airport 3:30 am. Was never a problem during work week. Heck he has to get up for work anyways. Our next flight is on a sunday. He not getting up for nobody.
Never had good luck with taxi. A few late shows and one no show. Then the driver with the flu.
Came up with a solution that works for us. Book a one day rental car from hertz thru southwest airlines
Pick up day before, drop at airport. $27.75 total all taxes and fees. Cheaper than any taxi we used and brother get to sleep in on weekend. Im still making him pick us up on return

Same here, booked in Kingston at Island as they matched internet rates and it contribbuted the island . .then drove to MoBay that day spent night and on to airport . .nice trip across island on my own . . next time I'll rent earlier . .was just too scared to drive, however no problem . .enjoy & bless
