Contribute to Negril Rotary Education Efforts

Dear friends,


Rotary's primary focus is supporting education in our community, Negril. We have set a fund-raising goal of $5,000.00 US for Rotary's year ending July 2015. We need $4,500 to meet our goal. We are all aware of the importance of education and are asking you, our friends, to contribute. 100% of your donation will be used for education and will be applied toward scholarships, uniforms, books, transportation, and other related expenses. No donation is too small.

For those of you who would benefit from a US tax deduction, we have good
news!

The Rotary Club of Negril has been accepted as a partner of One World
Children’s Fund (our US fiscal agent) because of our integrity, track
record and shared interest – education for our youth. One of the beauties of this
association is that our friends in the US can now easily make tax-free
donations that go directly to our educational projects.

Great way to help children stay in school. Often when you ask a child, why aren’t you in school? The reply is, mi naw ‘ave taxi fare OR mi naw ‘ave lunch money. The Rotary Club helps with that – with their school bus and/or club members pay the school directly for a child’s lunches. Then the money isn’t spent on ... you can imagine.

Oh nice that the school is paid directly.
