I went during that time last year. From what I could tell there was no spring break in Negril. Same "Capital of casual".
There has not been a visible "spring break" in Negril for over a decade. Last year we never counted more than 8 college age students walking the beach in a group at any one time. The old "spring break" does not exist.
Gman...saw Class last month @ Legends & mentioned that you'll be coming by to see him. Made his day :)
