That is a monumental mistake, the beach will not benefit, the roads will take a massive beating from all the trucks and the mountains, hills and valleys will suffer from the stripping of the land to make obtain materials to make the breakwaters, lose-lose all the way around. Nature was the best coarse here but once again, Ignored.
