Mom's Place or White Sands?

same price.. need some help deciding. thanks

At White Sands, are you beachside or across the road? Looks to me that all rooms at Mom's Place are very close to the beach. Haven't stayed at either. Hopefully you'll get some responses from those that have.

i stay at bar b barn right next to mom's . . . ppl coming in from mom's to hang out . . . appears dead most of the time, occupied a lot of the times with german tourists . . . never stayed there though. . . . bar b barn is also the same price . . . $60 single with full breakfast. love it there.

Stayed @ Mom's ..a few times ... Yes, it's quiet ..
but, clean & comfortable ..perfect location
