Shopping, 24 hour diner, 24 hour store and some other Negril questions :)

Hi There!! I hope the forum Negril experts can help me with some info I was unable to find online.

1. Is there any 24 hours store/market in town?
2. Any 24 hours diner where I can grab a bite?
3. Where can I buy new shoes in Negril on a Sunday?

There are no stores or diners open 24 hours...only a couple of bars and some late night chicken barrels are open.
Depending on what kind of shoes you're looking for....sandals can be found on a Sunday at some of the shops around town...but a full coverage shoe would be harder to find.

I know I don't post on here much, but I'm on here today. This is the beauty of Negril. It's nothing like the beach towns in the states. It's not store after store, cars buzzing up the strip every few seconds all night. It's nice and peaceful. Little stores here and there. Exactly why we love it.

Thank you all...I do not intend to live at the same speed than a normal city but I have been working here already ten days from 6am to 10pm and things are getting difficult for me, that's the reason I ask about the 24 hours shops...also my shoes broke and Sunday I could be out in the afternoon but I haven't even been to downtown area yet.

There are shops for shoes on the upper floor of White Swan (long plaza before the Rubis station), a shop near the Value Master and another located on the upper floor in the Digicel plaza near Burger King. I'm not sure if they are open on Sundays.

You can always grab a good bite to eat at MiYard. 24/7. The egg sandwich is delicious!

The only shoes you may need are sneakers, water shoes or sandals, unless you're going to church or dancing on a bar top.

Negril is laid back (remember, it's still considered a village) and I can't think of any 24 hour restaurants outside of AI's (all inclusive) resorts.
