Last Friday - 4 dozen jerk wings for my wife to take to work for the gang. I ate a few of them, just to be sure.
Last Sunday - sliced turkey breast with jerk cole slaw in a wrap for lunch.
Last night - jerk lamb chops for dinner.
Today - jerk tuna fish for lunch.
And I'm still five weeks out.
I usually change my Pandora music to ALL DanceHall...when I'm getting close...6wks out!!
I've been listening to Radio Margaritaville on Sirius since January. Can't say I'm not ready to go!

Begin listening to reggae music and checking negril.com every few hours
Obsessively check the weather to make sure no snow storms are predicted for the big travel day
Research great beach books
Finish last day of work and say goodbye to everyone I know
Backup cell phone photos
Clean out wallet of non-vacation cards and receipts
Go to a bank teller and explain why I need one and five dollar bills
Confirm flight, check flight status
Figure out how many hours before flight I have to get to the airport
Book car service to the airport
And now...the final count down to lift off begins...soon come
