Misinformation about extending your stay past 3 months...

I received a PM this morning, someone was worried about extending past their 3 month stay and had read somewhere else that the cost is a ridiculous amount. Apparently someone is passing on incorrect information and this isnt the first time we had heard this misinformation. We even know because of this wrong info, people flying out after 3 months and then returning a few days later, choosing to needlessly spend that ridiculous amount of money.

The actual cost to extend your stay past 3 months (to a maximum of 6 months in a calendar year) is JA$10,000 or less than us$100.
