Can't/Couldn't sleep

..my old body can't ''manage'' any more

...seeing her eat that ice cream, in other video, trigger my need-to-indulge
.....plus, seemed like everywhere i went,
some somebody had a cup or cone of that goooooooooooood Ja-ice cream

down by the river-side
behind the craft market
are quite a few cook-shops --- GREAT local-friendly prices..!!!..
...and of course, the food is scrumptous Ja-style, if that is what you like/want/need.

don't be scared ..... nutin' gwan happen to you ... food won't make you sick ... they super-duper clean, in that fastidious Ja-stylee ..... eat there ... or walk out to the beach front to eat ..... eating & hanging-out with the *residents* is a treat.... when finished eating, try you skills(????) at a domino game.

they got some REALLY nice route-taxi/mini-vans these-days
NICE rides..!!.
the one in video
was comfy ... plenty of seats .... DVD, where driver played *shows* on the *drive* ..... GREAT sound system, with rockin' tunes .... A/C,,,but most-times they turn off the A/C once we get on the road ..... don't wanna lock-out that nice nice Ja-air

however,
IF you KNOW the runnings, you can get away with Ja$100, but you/we foreigners betta leave that alone, and pay the $1.30

Smith, just wanted to say THANKS for your reports. Believe it or not, I've been reading them on and off for ten years now, ever since before my first trip to the island. You do an awesome job of selling jamaica's "magic" and I surely appreciate them!
