Building next to Rooms?

I heard/read/saw somewhere that they are building another Margaritaville next door to Rooms. Any truth to this?

I was told a beach bar and restaurant built by the property owner, the craft vendors that were moved out front were told there will be a space for them? I guess we will see?

It's going to be a bar and grill called "Woodstock", and no there won't be any vendors upon the grand opening this fall/winter.
