Letting out my House

Hi All ,(Hoping its ok to post this here)

I would appreciate some advice as im thinking of letting out my house/apartments in Negril West End Road .

I have a new build 2 bedroom house ,a refurbished Studio apartment & 2 apartments for rent .
I also have a 3 bed wooden cottage available .
Due to change of circumstances i need to either sell (which i really don't want to do ) my dream home or let some of it out .
The properties are as new and fully furnished (Brand New) secured with grills & on site security.

Is there any Agency in Negril who could do this in my behalf ?

What would you want for a 6 month rental for 2 people?

well being an absentee landlord is tuff.....bad enuff being a landlord when living der......
a lot depends on where the property is located cause of the neighbors etc.....
at least it is the West End and not Red Ground or Whitehall.......
hate to say it......but selling it is probably the less headache way to go...and don't expect a big profit
Divor Realty is a good Real Estate company based in Negril.......just google dem for phone number etc
