Peter Tosh Birthday Bash

Does anyone know whether there are any bashments planned to celebrate Peter Tosh's birthday on October 19th in Negril or Belmont. I've heard word that there will be a celebration and ceremony in Kingston where the government will formally apologize to the Tosh family for the years of harassment and downpressing of Tosh. He was a great artist and civil rights activist, but always in the big shadow of Bob Marley. Now that the US and Jamaica (and many other countries) are beginning to realize the medical and spiritual benefits of cannabis, Tosh can be seen as a pioneer and leader of the "legalize it" movement. Truly a great Jamaican!
