Its almost the final month countdown for us, I started my packing list today:D
We would like to have another list for the best places to be on a particular night. (which bars are having live bands etc). Would anyone care to help out? We are splitting our 2 weeks between the cliffs and beach but are more than willing to travel either direction at any time.

Alfred's has live music every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday.
Bourbon Beach has live music pretty much every night, but Saturday night is a big time party.
Boat Bar on Friday afternoons for live music -- usually Naggo Morris sings.
I believe Three Dives has live music on Tuesdays, but you may wanna confirm.
Not live music, but try to make it to Sir D's Firewater Love Nest on the cliffs for a sunset while you're there -- it's pretty amazing.
In seven days I did manage to get to Negril one night for Mystic Bowie at 3 Dives.

Drifter's Bar....Wed., Thurs., Fri., and Sun., afternoons from about 2:30 - 7. You can get a bucket of Red Stripe (6) for $1600JMD.
Off the top of my head :) live bands...
Tuesday at 3 Dives - start 6:30pm'ish
Thursday at Canoe - start 6pm - steel drums
Friday at Drifters - start 3-7pm also busy on Sundays - days recently added are Wednesday & Thursday
Saturday at Seastar - start 7pm
Sunday at Cafe Goa - start 9am

We always enjoy the music at The world famous Boat Bar! Neat little place with ice cold Red Stripe and right on the sea.
