Looking at doing YS falls and Pelican bar. I was quoted $180 for transportation for 4 not including YS admission and transportation to Pelican Bar (boat) $20 per person. Is $80 right for boat ride out to Pelican bar and back?

It depends on where the boat is departing...Treasure Beach, Black River or Parottee? Parottee would be the cheapest and the last rate I heard was $10us a person.
Yep that's right, Bnewb. Went there a couple of weeks ago with some friends. No need to search for a boat captain in Parrotee anymore to take you over! There is an established boat taxi area just before you get into Parrotee with a bar and washrooms to use while you're waiting :) They charged us $1000JMD each, and didn't charge for our local driver to go along.Quote:
