My seven fishes feast in Jamaica

Here's what I did for Christmas eve at the yard

First requirement is lots of Ganj:

Breakfast:
1. Fried sprat
2. Mackerel and johnny cake

Lunch:
3. Salt fish and ackee

Diner:
4. Conch soup
5 & 6. Shrimp and Lobster mac and cheese
7. Fried Snapper and callaloo

Wow.. That sounds good!

That's a lot of protein.
