Wonderful to be back in Negril. Weather has been and is still perfect. Walked to the store this morning after our delicious continental breakfast. Thumbs up to Seastar's cornmeal porridge. Porch Gravity took over for a while; then we spent an hour or more in the pool. Chartered the Seastar Bus for our dinner and steel drum show at Canoe. We had Canoe's hand cut onion rings to start, then pesto garlic bread and for the main course very tasty Lionfish and Chips with the best cole slaw in Negril. Attachment 43294

Fries look good but the lionfish makin my mouth water

! The food at Canoe is always wonderful. And I agree with you about the coleslaw.

Oooh that brought back a memory. My father (born in Scotland) always hand-cut his fries and they were SO good. :o

Is the cole slaw a sweeter taste or vinegary ?

Neither really; fresh crispy slaw with a slight mayo dressing
