-39C in Muskoka This morning!
Mom mi tel you mon! Fuking cold mon! The boards on the deck snap so hard when I step out from the house so loudly! Mon scier mi mon!!!!!!Cold mon mi can say but my old jeep screamed and cursed me but started just the same! To all my friends in Negril enjoy to weather! You physically forget the feeling of extreme conditions! So when you are thinking it is so hot you need some air, put away in the back of your mind that you need to catch a slight tropical breeze for that feeling to go away! Not so with cold! When it warms up from -39 to-29 you still freeze!

Ms. halfwaytree and I drove up to the Kawartha lakes last night and the sky at sunset actually looked cold. I don't even know how to explain it other than to say that it just looked cold.

My tent campsite this past weekend in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Got down to -27F (-33C) Sunday morning. After 3 days outside, it didn't feel that cold! Very excited to flip to the exact opposite this weekend - Port Antonio for a few days then to my beloved Negril. I will try to keep some notes for a trip report...
