My rookie

We were walking downtown port Antonio last trip and starting to get hungry. If you've ever been to porty then you know food options are not as varied as negril.. Not to mention I had been on the island almost 2 weeks and only had 1 really good jerk chicken.. And it was not from Boston bay! So as we wonder around, I get the wise idea from my spliff filled brain that the 2 red stripes walking in front of us probly know where the best jerk in town is.. They give me a funny look at first but then kindly point me in the direction of piggys!! Holy crap! Amazing jerk and festival!! After we finish eating I rub my head a lil and the biggest freaking spliff tail falls out from behind my ear!! That could have ended badly!! Lesson learned always search your whole body to make sure there are no big spliffs exposed before talking to the police

there is really good food all over porty . . .great jerk chicken . . . no different than negril . . . definitely not as dense but it's there. more "local" . . . good chinese . . . the only thing i ever got from boston was festival . . . the rest i could pass on . . .
