Wedding Venue Help

Hello! I'm in the beginning stages of wedding planning (not mine ;)) and I'm looking for some suggestions. Ideally she would like to be married on the cliffs, but she wants the most bang for the buck and that looks like the beach area. We are needing someplace that allows outside guests since the attendees will be staying at different hotels. She is also willing to get married in the states first and doing more of a vow exchange if the cost is cheaper. Any and all recommendations/advice is appreciated.
Can someone tell me the name of the hotel on the West End that has the replica lighthouse?

We were married at the Blue Cave Castle 8 years ago. It's a magical spot!
