Things to do and see while at Grand Palladium

We are thinking about staying at Grand Palladium with some friends, we were there at New Years 2014/15 and loved the resort. However we recently stayed at Rooms Negril for 10 days and loved the experience we got staying at a Non AI. We have made a few friends in Negril, and would like to bring our friends out to show them the awesome experience we had. Also the One Love Bar Crawl (which was a highlight for my hb and I) I totally recommend it to anyone, Lembert showed us some great bars with amazing views, the bus ride and crowd was fantastic. Couldn't of imagined a better time.
Wondering if anyone has any recommendations of really great things to see & do in Lucea with the Local not tourist feeling?
Any advice on costs to and from Grand Palladium to Lucea, or Grand Palladium to Negril ?

We are not looking for the Chikka Tours kinda stuff, thanks !

that's why it's my home-base
on my Ja-trips

but will keep in mind your *interest* in Lucea-things
............but you should keep in mind that a LOT of the Lucea & Lucea-country *runnings* are similar to Negril as well......just a llikkle *twist* here & there :::: but mainly *s[I]ame-way[/I]*, IF you know what to *look* for.

Thanks, We spend 10 days in Negril in November ...stayed at Rooms. We've been to GP last year as well, just don't want to miss out on something while we are back around that area :)

step OUT of your comfort-zone, and try all kinds of food-stuff ::: including chicken feet soup and stinky-toes, and blue-drawers, etc etc etc

if you're so inclined, go s-l-o-w on the weed-consumption
...a good amount to consume..???? ---- my landlord purchases Ja $50 daily, and he happy wit dat ... nuff for plenty smoke=ing [[[ US 40-cents ]]
........you can get weed at almost ANY road-side snack-shop or stand ...price might be a few ja-dollars more in a town, or especially a tourist-town,,,but not much more.
