Well, we had chicken last night.
Curry Lobster the night before (I guess it was bought before the ban)
How about... Pork?

Ok, I handed her some cash.
Here you go sweet cakes, get everything you need.

"I'll be right back"
Where is the place, I asked?
Not far, You can stay here, I will take Dad's Bike.
So, there was my baby, on the road, peddling her heart out.

Well, time for a cold one.
So, I cracked the cap, then puffed a bit and gazed off into the sky.
Man o Man, she's about to start cooking dinner, but it is still light outside?
Oh yeah, we are in Jamaica.

Soon, she came back, bags in hand.
"the Pork man had just arrived with fresh meat" she said.

I watched her slice and dice.
Ginger, Garlic, onions, all purpose seasoning, Irish, carrots, and some other stuff.

Well, time for round two, I cracked another.

First you hear the sizzle, frying meat, then you smell the aroma, cooking meat.
"I will put it in the pressure cooker", she said.

It did not take too long.
It came out nice, medium size chunks, with just a little fat.
So tender, so nice.

Funny thing, I thought to myself.
This dinner is just like you baby!:cool:
