I'd get on the phone and start calling places. That's a really busy time of year and I"m certain you will be limited on what's available at this point.

There's such a range of options in Negril and someone else's idea of moderate could be completely different from yours.
It would help quite a bit to give everyone an idea of your budget and what your minimal requirements are in a hotel.
